Director

  • Ensure that published articles comply with scientific and ethical standards.
  • Evaluate the quality and relevance of the manuscripts received.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in all the magazine's activities.
  • Implement new technologies and editorial practices to improve the efficiency and quality of the editorial process.
  • Ensure the financial sustainability of the journal.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with academic and research institutions.
  • Manage the peer review process, including the selection of appropriate reviewers.

Editors

They are responsible for coordinating and implementing all the operational procedures that constitute the publication process of the journal together with the technical actors. These functions are aimed at:

  • Design the editorial policy
  • Support in the assignment of referees
  • Make calls for the nomination of articles
  • Promote the journal at events, conferences and dissemination spaces
  • Suggest databases for indexing the journal
  • Coordinates the technical work of preparing each issue of the journal.
  • Maintain communications with authors in order to direct the editorial process until the approval and publication of each work.
  • Serves as secretary of the Editorial Board and directs communications to its members or any other person in this capacity as directed by the director.
  • He is in charge of executing the entire editorial process and its phases with prior authorization from the director and the scientific editorial board.

Scientific Committee

It is made up of national and international researchers who have generated an impact on issues related to the social sciences. They have the mission of safeguarding the editorial quality and ethics of the articles published in the journal. Among its functions are;
